18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old male or non-pregnant female hepatocellular carcinoma patients; 2. Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus; 3. BCLC stage is either C or D, liver function is Child-Pugh A or B; 4. No apparent abnormality of the heart, lung, and kidney; 5. No HCV, HIV and syphilis infection; 6. Patients should sign the informed consent of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If liver function is Child C, it cannot tolerate TACE or conformal radiotherapy; 2. With evidence of extrahepatic metastasis; 3. With evidence of unstable angina pectoris, symptomatic congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction within the last six months, prolonged QT interval (>450ms); 4. Malignant or metastatic tumor in other sites in last 5 years; 5. Patients can not be followed-up regularly; 6. Patients participating in other trials.
