18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who were pathological stage III CRC according to the 2010 American Joint Committee on Cancer-Union Internationale Contre le Cancer tumor-node-metastasis classification and histologically graded colorectal neoplasm staging system 7th edition; 2. without any other primary tumor or not receive any other anticancer treatment; 3. Karnofsky scoring >=70 or ECOG scoring <=1; 4. Child-pugh score not worse than grade A; 5. aged from 18-77 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients whose Child-pugh score worse than grade B, Scr=3 mg/dL, DM patients with FBG=10mmol/L, WBC<3e9/L, Severe tendency of haemorrhage, Iodine allergy, mental disorder or severe Psychoneurosis, severe hypertension or heart disease, long-term chronic diseases of a certain organ and acataphasia were excluded. After operation, patients who were not pathological stage III CRC according to the 2010 American Joint Committee on Cancer-Union Internationale Contre le Cancer tumor-node-metastasis classification and histologically graded colorectal neoplasm staging system 7th edition were also rejected.
