Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) HIV antibody positive, confirmed by Western Blot confirmatory test; 2) has been receiving antiretroviral treatment; 3) HAART appears after fasting serum total cholesterol> 5.72mmol / L and 1.70mmol / L and <5mmol/L; 4) Aged 18 years old -70 years old; 5) subjects voluntarily and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) any history of ischemic heart disease, or due to myocardial infarction and angina hospitalized patients, ECG or ultrasound examination confirmed the cause of ischemic heart disease in patients with a history of heart damage; 2) any of the symptoms associated with cardiovascular disease patients; 3) Within the past month have received other lipid-lowering therapy in patients with known allergy to the CT enhancer, the experimental observation of drug allergy or not tolerated; Long-term use of thiazide diuretics, ß-blockers, and steroid hormone contraceptives; 4) pregnant or lactating women, or prepare pregnant women; mental disorder patients; 5) any symptoms of liver and kidney dysfunction in patients; chronic drinkers; hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism, adrenal cortex function in patients with hyperthyroidism; BMI index (BMI)> 27kg/m2 obese;
