Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) HIV antibody positive, confirmed by Western Blot confirmatory test; 2) receiving HAART than 12 months and less than 24 months in patients with CD4 + counts =50 cells/ul; 4) aged 18 -70 years of age;5) volunteered to participate in the study signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Met the inclusion criteria, but with the following conditions were excluded 1) into the group before serious opportunistic infections have not been in control; 2) within 1 month before enrollment or are participating in clinical trials in patients with other drugs; 3) into the group before a month receiving immunomodulatory therapy; 4) patients with autoimmune diseases; 5) pregnant or lactating women, or prepare pregnant women; 6) Any symptoms in patients with renal insufficiency; 7) intellectual or language barriers exist, can not fully understand the test content or giving good cooperation of patients.
