clopidogrel 75mg/d
Isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20mg b.i.d

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with typical symptoms of unstable angina; Clear diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine with pattern of syndrome belonging to Qi deficiency and Blood stasis; Coronary angiography confirms single or multiple lesions and patients accept treatment of PCI; Patients havn't taken any traditional Chinese medicine preparation among 1 month prior to admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the age more than 85 years or less than 18 years; Patients with stable angina and acute myocardial infarction; Patients needed taking emergency PCI; Patients needed taking coronary artery bypass graft surgery; Patients with allergy towards the test drug; Some diseases which may elevate the level of CK-MB or cTnI; Patients demanding taking traditional Chinese medicine preparation during the period of clinical study.
