Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) volunteered to participate in the study signed informed consent, compliance, and can be followed up; 2) comply with "AIDS treatment guidelines (2011)" HIV / AIDS diagnostic criteria; 3) Initial antiretroviral therapy; 4) meet the standards of free antiretroviral therapy with anti-viral therapy uniform number (total 13); 5) aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 2) liver more than 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal persons; 3) CD4 count <=50 Cells/uL persons; 4) combined fatal complications, severe infection, multiple organ failure, etc.; 5) with severe heart and lung disease, primary kidney disease, other serious systemic disease; 6) with severe mental and neurological diseases; 7) who are participating in other clinical research.
