Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Application Research of AACA-WI in heart valve surgery: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; Gender: not limited; 2. Diagnosis for alone valvular heart disease, and patients scheduled for elective surgery; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification: I-III; 5. Signing informed consent; 6. Valve operation performed for the first time. B. Application Research of AACA-WI in VATS with pneumonectomy: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; Gender: not limited; 2. Diagnosis of pulmonary disease, and patients scheduled for elective VATS with pneumonectomy; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 4. ASA I-II; 5. Using postoperative analgesia pump and signing informed consent. C. Application Research of AACA-WI in craniotomy: 1. Diagnosis of brain lesions or abnormalities, and patients scheduled for craniotomy surgery; 2. Signing informed consent; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years old; Gender: not limited; 4. ASA I-III; 5. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 6. Preoperative urine pregnancy test was negative in fertile women/reproductive women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Application Research of AACA-WI in heart valve surgery: 1. The meridians of Zhongfu, Yunmen, Lieque and Neiguan acupoints with the operative incision or scar; 2. Local skin infection in acupoints; 3. Upper or lower extremity nerve injury patients; 4. Spinal operation history; 5. Participating in other clinical trials within four weeks; 6. Cannot understand the VAS score and NRS score, and do not use PCA; 7. Cardiac pacemaker; 8. Pregnant women; 9. Patients who have preoperative pain and are using central analgesic medications. Opiate addiction, and dependence; 10. The patients with serious diseases of the central nervous system and severe mental illness in pre-operation; 11. The coronary angiography confirmed coronary heart disease within 3 months and requiring treatment; 12. Alcohol abuse; 13. Patients are not fit for the clinical trials based on researchers. B. Application Research of AACA-WI in VATS with pneumonectomy: 1. The meridians of Hegu, Neiguan, Houxi, and Zhigou acupoints with the operative incision or scar; 2. Local skin infection in acupoints; 3. Upper or lower extremity nerve injury patients; 4. Spinal operation history; 5. Participating in other clinical trials within four weeks; 6. Cannot understand the VAS score and NRS score, and do not use PCA; 7. Cardiac pacemaker; 8. Pregnant women; 9. Patients who have preoperative pain and are using central analgesic medications. Opiate addiction, dependence; 10. The patients with serious diseases of the central nervous system and severe mental illness in pre-operation; 11. Hepatorenal dysfunction (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr 1.5 times above the normal level); 12. Alcohol abuse; 13. Patients are not fit for the clinical trials based on researchers; 14. Bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, or severely pleural adhesions; 15. Spinal deformity, blood clotting abnormalities, bacteremia, or dural puncture site infection. C. Application Research of AACA-WI in craniotomy: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or heart failure; 2. Hepatorenal dysfunction (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr 1.5 times above the normal level); 3. With mental illness or antipsychotic drug treatment, Alcoholism or drug abuser; 4. Cardiac pacemaker; 5. Patients who had surgery in meridian line; 6. Local skin infection in acupoints; 7. Participated in other clinical trials; 8. Patients with poor compliance.
