Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: non-homogeneous heperechogenic endometrial lesion diagnosed with ultrasound scanning; 20-37 years old; standard mil-luteal long down-regulation protocol; normal ovarian function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: intracytoplasmic sperm injection; vaginist
