38 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) primary malignant tumor demonstrated with pathology; (2) metastasis of mediastinal lymph nodes indicated by enhanced CT or MRIwhich can not be incised or patients refuse surgery themselves; (3) Leukocytes>=4.0*10^9/L, Platelets>=60*10^12/L, Hemoglobin>=100g/L; (4) predicted life span>= 6months; (5) Karnofsky score>70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe insufficiency of heart, lung, liver or kidney; (2) severe jaundice that can not be improved; (3) severe coagulation disorders; (4) massive pleural effusion; (5) cachexia.
