60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (including primary, chemotherapy without remission); 2. Older than 60 years old; 3. Tolerant to chemotherapy (ECOG score <=2, with no severe organ dysfunction).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude other diseases with abnormal proliferation of primitive cells, including myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic leukemia, et al; 2. The heterozygosity and mixed leukemia; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and mental disease, with the ECOG score > 2; 4. Patients cannot take Chinese traditional medicine or with allergic.
