Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Non small cell lung cancers which were dignosised by pathology or cytology; (2) Targeted therapy leading to diarrhea(postoperative or advanced); (3) Aged 18-75 years; (4) Postoperative: ECOG>=0-1, KPS>=80; Advanced: ECOG>=0-3, KPS>=50; (5) prediction survival time: Postoperative: >=6 months, Advanced: >=3 months; (6) Neutrophil>1.5×10^9/L, Platelet>100×10^9/L, HGB>9.0g/dl; TBil normaol or < 1.5 × ULN; AST (SGOT), ALT (SGPT) < 2.5 × ULN; Cr < 1.5 × ULN; (7) Sign the informed consent form,and has good compliance; (8) Accepting molecule targeted medication therapy; Meet the criteria of diagnosis of diarrhea,NCI-CTCAE3.0 assess one or more ranks; Symptom continued more than one day. No history of chronic diarrhea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non small cell lung cancers which were not dignosised by pathology or cytology; (2) The pregnant women and lactation period women, psychotic patients; (3) The patient with serious uncontroled organic disease,such as function decompensated of herat, lung, liver, kidney; (4) Under other trials; (5) Patient of diarrhea: Injection of intestine leading to diarrhea; Acute poisoning leading to diarrhea;Systemic diseases leading to diarrhea; Indigestion leading to diarrhea; The disease itself leading to diarrhea; (6) Allergic to the research medicine.
