Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age, gender not limited; 2. clearly diagnosed as "coronary heart disease" combined with mitral regurgitation and left ventricular function in adverse symptoms, coronary angiography showed that the left main and / or multivessel disease, the need for CABG operation; 3. EF>=25%; 4. patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative diagnosis is not eligible persons; 2. The patients can't cooperation and can not be required to complete the follow-up requirements; 3. patients are in other clinical trials; 4. patients are not fit for the clinical trials by other researchers argue.
