Group B:Coenzyme Q10 capsule, twice a day for 1 week, half an hour after meal to take capsules

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index (BMI)<23.0 kg/m2, or males waist<85cmfemale's waist<80cm; 2. Total cholesterol (TC)<5.72mmol/L; 3. Aged between 18 and 30 years; 4. No history of diabetes, acute myocardial infarction, and cerebrovascular accident.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious weight change in the past three months; 2. History of obesity with known cause; 3. Patients with a history of diabetes, an acute myocardial infarction and a stroke; 4. History or evidence of clinically significant liver disease, kidney disease, cancer or uncontrolled thyroid disease; 5. Recent use (within six months) of medications for regulating the level of lipid or blood glucose; 6. Pregnant or breast-feeding woman.
