Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Forty-five patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I or II, scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia,all genders, aged 18-68 years,body weighted 48-94kg, with normal hepatic or renal function, without uncontrolled hypertension, severe heart and lung diseases,a history of long term use of opioids, and signed informed consent form before anesthesa, will be prospectively studied.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with ASA III or above, with a history of adverse reaction to opioids or family history of malignant hyperthermia, participated in similar studies in the last six months, received preoperative opioids,having drug and alcohol dependency, refused to sign an informed consent form, or total time of target-controlled infusion of sufentanil is more than 4 hours, will be excluded.
