18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Transsphincteric fistulas and suprasphincteric fistulas; 2. Adults aged from 18 to 65 year; 3. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculous anal fistula and Crohn's fistula; 2. Patients with anorectal cancer or IBD; 3. Pregnancy or the possibility of pregnancy, or breast feeding; 4. Heart failure, serious liver/kidney damage, the central nervous system/mental illness,and so on; 5. Patients with immunosuppression.
