Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with esophageal cancer (Age from 18 to 75); 2. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy was performed before operation; 3. esophageal cancer patients receiving esophagectomy; 4. understood the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. operative contraindication; 2. patients with metastatic disease.
