Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years old, male or female2 clinical diagnosis of diabetic foot ulcers Wagner grade 2-43 patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar nonketotic coma patients; 2. lactating, pregnant women; 3. pairs of multi-class or recent history of drug allergy in patients with allergic disease; 4. with severe heart and lung disease (such as unstable angina, cardiac insufficiency grade ?, acute myocardial infarction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease), liver cirrhosis, diabetes, kidney disease stage ? above, the active medical treatment of unstable condition; 5. malignant causes ulcers; 6. have a mental illness and has no insight, who can not be expressed exactly; 7. poor compliance 8. 1,5 grade diabetic foot ulcers; 9. wound not healed automatically give up treatment; 10. deaths during treatment; 11. with severe heart, liver, kidney, immune system, mental illness and severe malnutrition; 12. dressings or topical medication for allergies.
