18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with AMI were successfully implanted the IABP; 2. Men or women aged 18 to 80; 3. The patients agreed with the clinical trials and signed the informed consent before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Always exist thrombocytopenia or coagulation dysfunction; 2. Hematocrit value less than 30 before IABP placement; 3. A platelet count<100,000/mL before IABP placement; 4. Use the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)and/or hemodialysis during the use of Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps.
