18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 55 years, with moderate or severe allergic rhinitis that can not be well controlled by drugs; with positive reaction to mite extract in skin prick tests; with Der.p sIgE level that above grade three; voluntary subjects that can obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; associated with asthma; patients with acute or chronic sinusitis or other nasal organic disease; with other diseases that require long-term use of hormones and immunosuppressive drugs; suffering from other diseases in heart, lung,or kidney; use of ß-blocker; other condition that is not suitable in this study.
