Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective PCI treatment in patients with coronary heart disease, and CYP2C19 gene has been identified; 2. patients older than 65 with high-risk non-valvular atrial ?brillation (NVAF)and CYP2C9 gene has been identified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hyperactivity of liver Yang, liver and kidney dysfunction or contraindicated in patients with test drugs
