18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible persons were aged 18-75 years and metastatic colorectal cancer patients presented with at least one measurable lesion in CT. The rountine chemtherapy should be finished at least 1 months with its efficacy reaching SD or PR. All patients should had to provide written informed consent,with ECOG scores ranging from 0 to 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients whose efficacy of rountine chemtherapy reached PD. Also women who were pregnant, likely to become pregnant, or who were breastfeeding,are excluded. Uncontrolled infection, suspected gastrointestinal bleeding, dysphagia, mental disorder, ventricular dysfunction or Pien Tze Huang allergy are also excluded.
