Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female premature gestational age less than 32 weeks, weight less than 1.5kg; 2. premature who agree to accept examinations of electroencephalogram ,brainstem auditory evoked and nuclear magnetic resonance during the period of observation; 3. premature who agree to accept tests of Gesell and PEABODY; 4. premature who have read subjects informed form and agreed to sign written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are currently attending other clinical trials or attended others clinical trials in a month; 2. Patients who are taking other nervous system drugs treatment; 3. Patients with serious liver and kidney disease,blood system diseases ,autoimmune diseases , chronic serious infection ,other congenital disease and so on; 4. Patients who are unsuitable for the trail,suggested by researchers.
