18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1,healthy subjects ready to travel from Beijing to Tibet by air;2,subjects knowing the aim of the study and giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject not finishing the procedure; subject with coronary heart disease and uncontrolled hypertention and other severe diseases; And subject wite anemia especially iron deficiency anemia.
