Herbal Group:Tongkuaixiao Ointment and Morphine titration

Control Group:Placebo and Morphine titration

Age

35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumor diagnosed by pathology or cytology; 2. Patients with cancer somatic pain(NRS >=4); 3. No servere disfunction of heart, liver and kidney; 4. Aged 35 to 75; 5. Able to participate in study procedures and QoL evaluations; 6. Understand and agree to receive the treatment, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-conformance of the entry criteria as above; 2. Pregnant or breast-feeding woman; 3. History of drug abuse or addiction; 4. Patients with skin hypersusceptibility; 5. Non-cancer pain or visceral pain; 6. More than 3 locations of pain; 7. Patients in process of radiotherapy/chemotherapy.
