Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. The patients correspond the criterion of the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, as correspond 2 of 3 items the follow mentioned: (1) Had the typical abdominal pain of acute pancreatitis; (2) The serum amylase and lipase three times above normal level; (3) Had the acute pancreatitis characteristic imaging (CT, MRI and ultrasound) performance; 3. Onset with abdominal pain no more than 72 hours; 4. All people joined this study with informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Intra-abdominal pressure above 20mmHg; 3. Consciousness disorder; 4. Concurrence with gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Who emerged multiple organ dysfunction syndrome within 72 hours; 6. Who refuse to jion the study.
