40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 40-60 years old; Weight: 40-70 kg; ASA level: 1-2; Liver and kidney function is normal, preoperative coagulation were normal; Routine blood is normal. Fibrinogen concentration range is in 2-4 g/l.be going to accept Lumbar surgery, lumbar segmental number is more than 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension; Complex arrhythmia, severe lung disease; Cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction and electrolyte disorders; Any congenital or acquired the blood coagulation dysfunction of patients;
