60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The basic healthy elderly with 60 years old and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) smoking addicts or alcohol abuse; 2) use of vitamin D supplements or estrogen therapy within three months; 3) serious bone and joint diseases which lead to movement restriction; 4) hyperparathyroidism, hereditary disease, mental illness or dementia; 5) serious chronic liver and kidney diseases (such as liver cirrhosis); 6) serious obese (BMI>=30), diabetes with serious complications, history of stroke or heart attack; 7) patients with advanced cancer.
