18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. willing to sign an informed consent; 2. Aged 28-60 years; 3. manifestation of ulcerative colitis (symptom and colonoscopy); 4. mild or moderate Truelove scores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. colorectal cancer; 2. more than 60 years old; 3. fulminant ulcerative colitis; 4. severe in Truelove evaluation; 5. remission or severe stage; 6. major or total colon was involved; 7. significant decrease in hepatic or kidney function; 8. heart or pulmonary deseases; 9. allergy to hydrogen; 10. pregnancy or being breast-feeding; 11. unsuitable for being a participant.
