Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with residual wound: prolonged unhealed small burn wound( single wound diameter= 5cm and the total wound area <=10% TBSA); 2. Aged between 18 years and 65 years; 3. No obvious systemic infection; 4. No serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Patient with good compliance and who has signed the informed consent statement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who younger than 18 years or older than 65 years; 2. Women who are regnant or prepare to pregnant or during lactation; 3. Patients who received the drug treatment which may injure key organs within past 4 weeks; 4. Patients with serious malnutrition or diabetes, peripheral vessels or/and nerves lesion or dermatosis; 5. Patients with serious liver malfunction or serum creatinine value exceeds 2.5 times of the normal upper limit value; 6. Patients with AST or ALT exceeds 2.5 times of the normal upper limit value; 7. Patients who have allergy history by research treatment(ray); 8. Patients who are involved in other clinical research within past 3 months.
