Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Maternal aged >30 years, obese pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) >=25 kg / m2], preconception suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, or irregular menstrual periods, family history of diabetes (especially first-degree relatives), early pregnancy fasting urine positiveabnormal obstetric history (GDM history, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, stillbirth and teratismus, macrosomia history) and the suspicious macrosomia, polyhydramnios.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetic ketosis or ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar state, diabetic lactic acidosis and other acute diabetes complications or serious chronic complications of diabetes, threatened abortion, pregnancy induced hypertension, eclampsia patients, congestive heart failure (NYHA class III-IV degrade) and other serious comorbidities, glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) antibodies positive; high triglycerides >=5.0mmol/L, pancreatitis dieases).
