LMA:An appropriate size classic Laryngeal mask airway was inserted using conventional technique
ETT:An appropriate size of endotracheal tube will be intubated using laryngoscope

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age more than 65years 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1-2 patients 3. selective operation 4. body mass index(BMI)less than 35kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with emergency Operation. 2. Patients with preoperative predictable difficult airway. 3. Patients with morbidity in oropharynx. 4. Patients with cervical vertebrae fracture or instability. 5. Patients with high risk of reverse flow aspiration, such as stomach or esophagus reverse flow diseases and full stomach. 6. Patients who couldn’t continue the trial for some reasons, such as language comprehension disorder, mental disorder and inability to visit research center. 7. Patients who had received other investigational agents or participant in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment. 8. Patients who is considered not suitable for the trial by the researchers.
