Puncture and drainage group:PCD is performed once acute fluid collection is confirmed after randomization
Conservation treatment group:Conservative treatment is introduced after randomization, then fine needle aspiration is made every week,acute fluid collection is subjected to routine laboratory testing

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SAP was diagnosed according to revision of the Atlanta classification; 2. Aged from 18 to 65; 3. <=2 weeks after onset; 4. Balthazar CT score=Grade D or Grade E; 5. Percutaneous drainage could be guided safely; 6. written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous exploratory laparotomy for acute abdomen and diagnosis of pancreatitis during laparotomy or post-abdominal surgery for drainage; 2. Bleeding or perforation of a visceral organ as indication for intervention; 3. Pregnancy; 4. Acute flare-up of chronic pancreatitis; 5. Severe basic diseases of important organs(heart or lung).
