50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 50 years of age; 2. Patients with visually significant cataract with the best corrected visual acuity less than 0.5; 3. A WTR astigmatism of 1.5 D or more in preoperative topography; 4. A WTR astigmatism was defined when a patients Sim K was between 45 and 135 degrees in topography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other ocular pathologies such as cornea opacities; 2. Past medical history of intraocular surgery.
