Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the new Atlanta classification criteria for patients with acute pancreatitis in 2008 year; 2. within 48 hours after onset of the disease: triglycerides >11.3mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy or postpartum pancreatitis; 2. not be responsible for health education and follow-up.
