Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Poor ovarian responders are recruited in this study. POR is defined according to the Bologna criteria, published in 2011. To define POR, at least two of these three following features must be presented: 1. Advanced maternal age (=40 years) or any other risk factors for POR (including pelvic infection, ovarian endometriomas, history of ovarian surgery, history of chemotherapy, especially with alkylating agents); 2. A previous POR (<=3 oocytes with a conventional controlled ovarian stimulation); 3. An abnormal ovarian reserve test, i.e. basal AFC <=6; 4. Besides, the inclusion criteria also included: A normal BMI (18-25 Kg/m2); A regular menstruation (with cycle 23-35 days).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Whith history of repeated IVF failure (previous IVF cycle >2); 2. Severe Adenomyosis; 3. Abnormal uterine cavity, such as intrauterine adhesions; 4. PCOS patients; 5. History of allergic to ovulation induction medicines; 6. Attending other clinical trials in the same period.
