Interventions

Group R1:turn over after taken the simethicone and observe the gastric mucosa after 5 minutes.

Group R2:turn over after taken the simethicone and observe the gastric mucosa after 10 minutes.

Group R3:turn over after taken the simethicone and observe the gastric mucosa after 15 minutes

Group R4:turn over after taken the simethicone and observe the gastric mucosa after 20 minutes

Group T1:After taken the simethicone 5 minutes to observe the gastric mucosa.

Group T3:After taken the simethicone 15minutes to observe the gastric mucosa

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the out-patient and in-patient who accept gastroscope; 2. above 18 years old; 3. sign an informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients suffered Esophageal obstruction disease(carcinoma of the esophagus/achalasia of cardia/esophageal stenosis), gastric remnent, gastrointestinal hemorrhage; 2. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 3. The patients Of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. psychonosema patients.
