Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both genders patients with post-stroke depression (meet both Chinese medicine and conventional medicine diagnostic criteria), to be able to understand and complete the depression scale; 2. To be confirmed by head CT or MRI examination, and the lesions were located in the anterior cerebral circulation; 3. Aged 30~70 years old; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The aphasia, disturbance of consciousness and other severe physical disease cannot accept the examination; (2) With severe liver and kidney disease; (3) Positive psychiatric history and family history; (4) Associated with anxiety symptoms, and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=14.
