Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; 2. Time of onset <=12 hours; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. symptoms of Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis(Minor Syndrome including Phlegm, yin deficiency, yang deficiency); 5. Patients who agree with reperfusion therapy (percutaneous coronary intervention); 6. Patents who agree with participating in this study, and has signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with cardiac complications before study, such as papillary muscle rupture, ventricular septal perforation; 2. Cardiogenic shock; 3. Cardiac arrest occurs before study; 4. Severe dysfunction with liver, kidney, nerves, blood coagulation; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Suspected of aortic dissection; 7. Participate in other herbs clinical studies in one month before onset; 8. Allergy to the drug.
