Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation in patients with artrial abation before three months; 2. Male or female; 3. Aged between 18~75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thrombosis or tumor in the left atrium (LA); 2. The diameter of the LA > 50mm; 3. Serious pulmonary disease; 4. Myocardia infarction or coronary artery stent amplantation in recent 6 months; 5. Cardiac transplantation in 12 months; 6. Serious acute nonischemic stroke; 7. Hematological diseases; 8. Abnormal function of the Liver or Kindey; 9. Pregnant or women during lactation; 10. Patients with psychosis; 11. Life expency < 2years old.
