18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients without abation and at least one antiarrhythmic agent is ineffective; 2. Male or female; 3. Aged between 18~75 years old; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thrombosis or tumor in the left atrium (LA); 2. Patient with atrial fibrillation ablation history; 3. The diameter of the LA > 50mm; 4. Serious pulmonary disease; 5. Myocardia infarction or coronary artery stent amplantation in recent 6 months; 6. Cardiac transplantation in 12 months; 7. Serious acute nonischemic stroke; 8. Hematological diseases; 9. Abnormal function of the Liver or Kindey; 10. Pregnant or women during lactation; 11. Patients with psychosis; 12. Life expency < 2years old.
