18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. unilateral thyroid carcinoma; 2. tumor diameter <=40 mm; 3. no previous neck surgery; 4. I ~ II grade patients according to standards of the U.S. Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), without obvious heart, lung diseases, and lasting for more than three months in a stable state; 5. aged<65 years; 6. no coagulation disorders, sleep apnea syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous neck surgery; 2. bilateral thyroid cancer; 3. a great wide range of tumor invasion and lymphoid metastasis; 4. tumor diameter> 40mm.
