Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first part of the Experiment: 1. Patients with non-small lung cancer diagnosed by radiologically or histology, whose clinical stage is at Ia~IIIa; 2. Patients with a performance status below 2; 3. Subjects in age ranging from 20 to 80 years old are willing to join the experimental, and sign an informed consent form which strictly followed the Ethics Review Committee Guidelines for Experimentation of Guangdong General Hospital. The second part of the Experiment: 1. Followed the diagnostic code of Guidelines For Diagnosis and Treatment OF Chronic 0bstrctive Pulmonary Disease in China COPD was defined as FEV1/FVC<70% and FEV1% 50% to 80%; 2. Patients are at stable phase who have no cough, no expectoration, and whose shortness of symptom dont get worse in the past two weeks and needn't to adjust the medication scheme; 3. Subjects in age ranging from 50 to 90 years old are willing to join the experimental, and sign an informed consent form which strictly followed the Ethics Review Committee Guidelines for Experimentation of Guangdong General Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The first part of the Experiment: 1. Patients with non-small lung cancer (NSLC) diagnosed have no chance to surgical intervention; 2. Patients with (NSLC) have severe heart disease which defined as grade 3 or higher of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification; 3. NSLC patient with underlying severe COPD, restrictive lung disease, moderate and severe bronchial asthma, bullae of lung have inability to perform inspiratory muscle training; 4. NSLC patient with underlying severe nerve of bone and joint disease, cannot perform respiratory training; 5. NSLC patient with severe cognitive or affective disorder, can not finish the experiment according to the requirements; 6. Patients have serious post operative complications. 7. Pregnant or lactating women The second part of the Experiment: 1. COPD patient with pulmonary bullae or the history of spontaneous pneumothorax; 2. COPD patient with the other serious chronic diseases of respiratory system such as Bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary artery pressure, etc; 3. Patients with COPD have severe heart disease which defined as grade 3 or higher of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification; 4. Patients with COPD have serious diseases of other organ systems cannot perform exercise; 5. COPD patients with severe cognitive or affective disorder, can not finish the experiment according to the requirements.
