Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic non-healing diabetic foot wound for more than 1 month; 2. Wagner grade of 2-4; 3. aged of 50-70 years old; 4. ankle-brachial index (ABI) of 0.5-0.8; 5. transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO2) of 20-40 mmHg and.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe problems in other vital organs (e.g. the heart, renal or lungs); 2. Previous history of abnormal coagulation function or related blood system disease (e.g. hemophilia, leukemia); 3. Tumor on ultrasonograph; 4. Patients with mental disorder or disease; 5. untreated cellulitis; 6. wound with osteomyelitis; 7. presence of much necrotic tissuewound; 8. presence of malignancy in the foot wound; 9. treatment with growth factors or hyperbaric oxygen therapy within 30 days prior to or during the stuy period; 10. Participate in other clinical trials within 3 month before the study; 11. Other cases which researchers believe that can not enroll.
