20 Years to 36 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Failure of implantation in at least three consecutive IVF attempts, in which one to two embryos of high-grade quality are transferred in each cycle;excluding uterine cavity lesions by hysteroscopic; and the number of two pronuclei (2PN)-stage zygotes with the grade above six cell-I is exceeded four.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hydrosalpinx without operation; endometriosis; adenomyosis; uterine leiomyomata (submucous myoma or non-submucous myoma which size was exceed 4cm and/or with the compressed endometrium); uterine cavity lesions(such as endometrial polyp, uterine malformation, intrauterine adhesions, the septate uterus, chronic endometritis etc); thyroid dysfunction
