Age
15 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The most PVCs from VOT; 2. A dominant R wave in the inferior leads; 3. Aged 15-70 years old; 4. >5000bmp/24h; 5. No structural heart diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural heart diseases; 2. LVEF<40%; 3. Moderate or severe valvular heart disease; 4. Myocarditis acute phase; 5. Life expectancy of less than 1 year; 6. In the coming year plan pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
