18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be diagnozed by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; Aged 20 to 60 years; Patient to be treated by elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergies, sinus bradycardia, severe neurological, respiratory or to be with cardiovascular diseases, hepatic and renal dysfunction, upper airway infection within 2 weeks of surgery.
