18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 to 70 years; 2. liver function status of Child-Pugh class A; 3. No extrahepatic metastasis; 4. No anticancer treatment before the operation; 5. The type of portal vein tumor thrombus: I-II; 6. the resected lesions were identified as HCC by pathological examination; 7. Written informed consent was obtained from patients according to the regulations of the committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. liver function status ofChild-Pugh class C; 2. Have history of variceal bleeding; 3. Have previous treatment of HCC except surgery; 4. extrahepatic metastasis; 5. refuse to attend this study.
