Colorectal cancer

Interventions

A:to receive oral synbiotics that consisted of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus preoperatively for 5 days and postoperatively for 7 days
B:to reciive oral placebo preoperatively for 5 days and postoperatively for 7 days

25 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-80 years; 2. The diagnosis is confirmed by biopsy and histologically spontaneous; 3. Radical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, known lactose intolerance, clinically significant immunodeficiency, usage of antibiotics and additional gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis); 2. Patients who have received antibiotics for the last 10 days before surgery or if there is evidence of infection are excluded. Patients undergoing emergency operation are not included; 3. Patients randomized to group 2 are excluded if they have bowel preparation for colonoscopy within 6 days prior to surgery; 4. Patients undergoing proctectomy with low rectal anastomosis or surgery for polypoid lesion.
