Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 25 years old; 2. Has sighed the informed consent form and volunteer to participate; 3. A full-time student in first or second grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has been engaged in a long-term regular practice of Baduanjin; 2. A member of Martial Arts Association, Dance Association, Aerobics Association, Sanda Association,or Taekwondo Association; 3. Has been suffering from severe cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases or other sports contraindications which are not for Baduanjin exercise.
