Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both sexes age 16 to 25 years; 2. A full time freshman or sophomore; 3. Written informed consent for participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A long-term exercising TC or other Tai chi derived movements. 2. A member of Students' Wushu Association or Taekwondo Association or Aerobic Association or Dance Association. 3. Severe cardiovascular disease or Musculoskeletal Disease
